Étude et modernisation d’un tronçon routier reliant la Route Nationale N°11 et le Chemin de Wilaya N°69 sur un linéaire de 4 km du PK 0+000 au PK 4+000

Abstract

يُندرج مشروع نهاية الدراسة هذا ضمن مجال منشآت النقل، ويتمحور حول تحديث المقطع الطرقي الرابط بين الطريق الوطني 11RN وسد واد كراميس. ويتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للمشروع في تحسين أداء المسار الحالي من خالل رفع قدرة االستيعاب المروري، وتعزيز السالمة، وتحسين راحة مستعملي الطريق تعتمد الدراسة على تشخيص تقني معمق يشمل الحالة الهندسية للطريق، والخصائص الهيكلية، إضافة إلى تحليل حركة المرور الحالية. وعلى أساس هذه الدراسة، تم اقتراح مجموعة من حلول التهيئة، من بينها تصحيح مسار الطريق، وتوسيع عرض المعبد، وتقوية الهيكل الطرقي وتضمن التدخالت المقترحة انسيابية أفضل لحركة المرور، وتحسين مستوى الرؤية، مع التقليل بشكل ملحوظ من مخاطر حوادث المرور. وبالتالي، يساهم هذا ا لمشروع في رفع مستوى خدمة الطريق وتوفير حل دائم ومالئم لمتطلبات مستعمليها الكلمات المفتاحية: تحديث الطرق – حركة المرور – المخطط األفقي للمسار – البنية التحتية الطرقية IV الملخص Ce projet de fin d’études s’inscrit dans le domaine des infrastructures de transport et porte sur la modernisation du tronçon routier reliant la RN11 au barrage d’Oued Kramis. L’objectif principal est d’optimiser les performances de l’itinéraire existant en améliorant sa capacité de circulation, sa sécurité et le confort des usagers. La démarche s’appuie sur un diagnostic technique approfondi, couvrant l’état géométrique, les caractéristiques structurelles et l’analyse du trafic actuel. Sur cette base, des solutions d’aménagement ont été définies, notamment la correction du tracé, l’élargissement de la chaussée et le renforcement de la structure routière. Les interventions proposées garantissent une fluidification du trafic, une visibilité optimisée et une réduction significative des risques d’accidents. Ainsi, ce projet permet d’élever le niveau de service de la voie tout en offrant une solution pérenne et adaptée aux exigences des usagers. Mots-clés : Modernisation routière – Trafic – Tracé en plan- infrastructures routières V Résumé This final-year project falls within the field of transport infrastructure and focuses on the modernisation of the road section connecting the national road RN11 to the Oued Kramis dam. The main objective is to optimise the performance of the existing route by improving its traffic capacity, safety, and user comfort. The approach is based on a thorough technical diagnosis covering the geometric condition, structural characteristics, and current traffic analysis. On this basis, several improvement solutions were defined, including alignment correction, carriageway widening, and road structure reinforcement. The results obtained demonstrate smoother traffic flow, optimised visibility, and a significant reduction in accident risks. This project therefore raises the level of service of the road whilst providing a sustainable solution adapted to the needs of road users.
