Etude Par MSP De La Stabilité Du Processus De Production D’essence Au Niveau De Raffinerie d’Arzew

Abstract

La valeur énergétique de l’essence le rend un produit de haute importance mondiale, sa production subit au cours de temps des améliorations importantes afin de répondre rapidement à la demande croissante par un produit stable répond aux normes internationales et aux exigences du marché mondiale. Dans cette démarche ; Notre étude a lieu et elle avait comme objectif le suivi et l’étude du processus par MSP qui sert à vérifier en contenu si le processus est stable, maitrisé et capable de donner un produit conformes aux exigences fixées durant la période de production. Il donne en conséquence la possibilité d’intervenir sur le processus avant d’avoir des produits non conformes. الملخص قيمة الطاقة للبنزين تجعله منت ًجا ذا أهمية عالمية عالية، وقد شهد إنتاجه تحسينات كبيرة بمرور الوقت من أجل تلبية الطلب المتزايد بسرعة على منتج مستقر يلبي المعايير الدولية ومتطلبات السوق العالمية . في هذه االطار؛ تتم دراستنا وهدفها هو مراقبة ودراسة العملية بواسطة MSP ،والتي تُستخدم للتحقق في المحتوى ما إذا كانت العملية مستقرة وخاضعة للرقابة وقادرة على إعطاء منتج يتوافق مع المتطلبات المحددة خالل فترة اإلنتاج. لذلك فهو يعطي إمكانية التدخل في العملية قبل الحصول على منتجات غير متوافقة. Abstract The energy value of gasoline makes it a product of high global importance, its production has undergone significant improvements over time in order to quickly meet the growing demand for a stable product that meets international standards and the requirements of the global market. In this process; Our study takes place and its objective was to monitor and study the process by MSP, which is used to verify in content whether the process is stable, controlled and capable of giving a product that complies with the requirements set during the production period. It therefore gives the possibility of intervening in the process before having noncompliant products.
