| dc.description.abstract | The diagnosis of anemia during pregnancy is simple and based on the blood count. They are mainly linked to an iron deficiency resulting from an increase in maternal-fetal needs. The prevalence of anemia during pregnancy is 70% in our study. It is particularly prevalent during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. The clinical signs are dominated by the installation of a generalized pallor. The lowering of the Hb level dominates the biological manifestations with sometimes a disturbance of the martial assessment. The treatment is based on the treatment of Venofer deficiency or transfusion of the red blood cell. | en_US |
