Plant growth promoting and controlling bacteria, known as PGPRs, have increasingly gained scientific, biotechnological and agricultural importance. In this work. I aim to isolate, identify and characterize a few isolates of Pseudomonas groups as PGPR. Eleven rhizospheric isolates resembling Pseudomonas were selected, nine of which demonstrated production of KBZ1, KCZ2, KAZ3, KDZ4, KCY5, KDY6I, KDY6II, KBY7, KCX9 fluorescence and passed multiple characterization and PGP tests. The results obtained showed that the maximum value for the AIA test was 8.86a± 0.46μg/l (KDY6II) and the minimum value was 3.10e±0.61 μg/l (KBX10) for the production of AIA . Regarding the solubilization of phosphate, the maximum value was 533.39a ± 1.23 (KAZ3) as for the minimum value, it was 233.33f± 0.85 (KCZ2). For the production of HCN five isolates showed positive production and six isolates were negative. All isolates fixed nitrogen. For the solubilization of zinc, the maximum value was 500.33a±1.52 (KAZ3) and a minimum value was 280f±1 (KCZ2).en_US
