Etude d'amélioration de la qualité du méthanol produit par le complexe CP1/z selon la spécification IMPCA

Abstract

.الميثانول المنتج من طرف مجمع البتروكيماويات لم يعد يتطابق مع متطلبات الجودة في السوق الدولية لمعايير النوعية الجيدة في هذا الإطار تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحسين نوعية الميثانول انطلاقا من تغيير بسيط في الوحدة رقم 600 من عملية لإنتاج، بوجود برنامج المحاكاة هذا التغيير يرتكز على إضافة عدد الأحواض في عمود التقطير الثاني لأجل ضمان الفصل الجيد بين الميثانول وآثار الإيثانول المتبقية. تم إنجاز هذا العمل في إطار يتجاوب مع معايير النوعية الجيدة للإنتاج الدولي وفقا لمواصفات عالمية. عمود التقطير، ميثانول، إيثانول، أحواض، HYSYS، IMPCA: الكلمات المفتاحية La production du méthanol grade A au niveau du complexe CP1/Z n’arrive plus à satisfaire les exigences de la qualité du méthanol dans le marché international et ne correspond pas aux ces normes de la bonne qualité. Dans ce contexte, l’objectif de notre travail consisté à l’amélioration de la qualité du méthanol, à partir d’une simple modification de la section 600 du procès de production. A l’aide du simulateur HYSYS version 7.3, cette modification est basée sur l’augmentation du nombre de plateau de la deuxième colonne de distillation V602 pour assurer la bonne séparation entre méthanol et les trace d’éthanol. Ce travail est réaliser afin de produire un méthanol répond aux normes de qualité de production internationale selon la spécification IMPCA. The production of meOH grade A in CP1Z Plant can not meet the MeOH quality required in the international market and does not meet the best quality standards. In this context, the subject of our work and studies is to improve the meOH quality, a simple modification of section 600 in meOH production process, using the HYSYS simulator version 7.3. This modification based on increasing plates number of V602, second distillation collomn to insure better separation MeOH and Ethanol. This project done in order to produce meOH meets international production quality standards according to the IMPCA specification.
