dc.description.abstractThe logistic function is one of the modern administrative functions that aims to achieve an added value for the customer by delivering the product at the right time and in the right place, and giving an added value to institutions, which is represented in increasing their competitiveness and achieving profits by reducing costs and continuing the flow of materials, but this depends on the position of Managing logistics activities as a branch in the organization and integrating them within the organizational structure with other functions to achieve effective administrative integration and raise performance levels higher. Through the theoretical side and the definition of logistic management in the economic institution, and by dropping the content on the practical side, we concluded that the institution under study suffers from points in some logistical activities such as transportation and customer service, which can achieve competitive advantages and the reason is due to the non-inclusion and integration of activities Logistics as a branch of management, or as an administrative function in the general organizational structure, hence the importance of managing logistics activities in the success of institutions and achieving their strategic goalsen_US
