Evaluation des paramètres cliniques et biologiques chez les nouveaux nés ictériques

Abstract

This study related to a very frequent pathology at the new-born babies has to know the ictères. It aims at counting the frequency and the pathological state and therapeutic measurements have to undertake among patients. The study is carried out at 39 subjects of male sex and female concerning service of maternity and the childhood of - Lalla Kheira- site in Mostaganem. Tests of proportioning of bilirubine, hématologic and immunological were carried out among patients. The etiology of the neonatal ictère is dominated at the premature subjects in 36% of the cases, the neonatal incompatibility foeto-nursery school in 30% of the cases and infections; with 10% of the cases. The neonatal ictère although it is often very banal, does not have therefore being neglected because it can concern the varied etiologies and to have different meanings at the point to become pathological.
