In this experiment, we studied the behavior of bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) six weeks old, stressed to salinity with NaCl + CaCl2 at concentrations of 50 meq.l-1 and 100 meq.l-1 and 200 meq.l-1. The parameters measured in this experiment are physio-morphology at the level of leaves, stems and roots. The results obtained show that there is an increase in the germination content in the roots as the salinity increases. successively under the 50 and 100 and 200 meq.l-1 treatments of NaCl + CaCl2 which gives increase rates of 38% and 50% respectively. At the level of leaves and stems, it should be noted a decrease in the rate of germination in plants fed at 50 and 100 meq.l-1 compared to control plants.en_US
