Our experiment was carried out at the experimental farm of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences of Tiaret during the period from 16 April to 20 May 2017. The herd used in our experimentation belongs to the Rembi breed and consists of 10 ewes and 2 rams (well dewormed + flushing + vitamin intake in the form of injection) This study is characterized by three essential steps: vaginal sponge placement, sponge removal after 14 days and injection of PMSG at different doses, and finally blood sampling to measure progesteroneemia (confirming gestation ) Using the Elisa test 09 ewes were divided into 3 groups receiving different doses of PMSG (350,450 and 700 IU) and one control ewe 80% of synchronized ewes were pregnant with a difference in response to treatment of synchronization within groups that may be due to: the difference in sensitivity to PMSG, the degree of anoestrus in the ewes Prolificity The weight of the female before the start of the fight and the physiological stage of the ewe (lactating or dry).en_US
