Abstract
High-intensityexercisetrainingisoneof
theprimaryparametersresponsible for improvementincardiorespiratoryefficacyinyoung athletes. Theaimofthecurrent studyisto provideadescriptiveandanalyticaloverviewofthe physiologicaleffect ofsuchtraining ona seriesofcardiorespiratoryindicators, e.g., heart rate, respiratoryrate,oxygenconsumption(VO₂),andtidalvolume.
The studyfollowsadescriptiveanalyticalapproachbyanalyzing andcommentingona set of previousscientificstudiesthathavebeendebatingtherelationship

Recurrentpositivephysiologicaladaptationstostructuredhigh-intensitytrainingprogramswere identifiedintheanalysis, includingreducedrestingheartrate, improvedlungfunction, andincreased oxygen consumption during exercise.
