اعادة تهيئة كورنيش صلامندر بمستغانم

Abstract

يعتبر المشروع الذي أريد تقديمه هو إعادة تهيئة الواجهة البحرية صلامندر بمستغانم وتطوير الرصيف البحري الذي يبلغ طوله حوالي 300 متر. يقوم هذا المشروع على استغلال مساحة من البحر بشكل مستدام حيث يراعي البعد البيئي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي للمنطقة الذي استلهمناه من مقولة مستغانم "لؤلؤ الغرب الجزائري"، والذي يعمل على إعطاء صورة جديدة وجميلة للواجهة البحرية صلامندر وهذا من أجل تحسين إطار الحياة لدى السكان والزوار وجعلها منطقة سياحية على مدار السنة، ومن مكونات هذا المشروع نذكر: مسرح في الهواء الطلق ، نافرات مياه راقصة، ممر للمشاة، أماكن للجلوس والاستراحة، أكشاك ومطاعم، ألعاب للأطفال وغيرها من المكونات التي يجب توفرها لجذب السياح من داخل وخارج الوطن وإعطاء نظرة جمالية للواجهة البحرية صلامندر The project I want to present is the rehabilitation of the Salamander waterfront in Mostaganem and the development of a pier that is approximately 300 meters long. This project is based on exploiting an area of the sea in a sustainable manner, taking into account the environmental, economic, social and cultural dimensions of the region. We were inspired by the saying of Mostaganem, “the pearl of the Algerian West”, which works to give a new and beautiful image to the Salamander waterfront, in order to improve the framework of life for residents and visitors and make it a region. Tourist year-round, and among the components of this project we mention: an open-air theatre, dancing water fountains, a pedestrian walkway, places to sit and rest, kiosks and restaurants, children’s games and other components that must be available to attract tourists from inside and outside the country and give an aesthetic look to the Salamander waterfront.
