ETUDE EXPERIMENTALE D’UN ECHANGEUR DE CHALEUR A AILETTES

Abstract

L’objectif de notre projet de fin d’études est la réalisation d’un banc d’essai d'un échangeur de chaleur à ailettes. Ce banc d’essai a été que partiellement réalisé car nous avons rencontré un problème d’accès au laboratoire en raison du confinement appliqué à cause de la pandémie que nous vivons en ce moment. Nous avons simulé des essais expérimentaux virtuels en supposant des relevés expérimentaux supposés et qui nous ont permis de déterminer les efficacités possibles de ce type d’échangeur à ailettes et l’influence du changement de quelques paramètres sur le phénomène d’échange de chaleur mis en jeu. ملخص الهدف من مشروع نهاية دراساتنا هو تحقيق منصة اختبار لمبادل حراري ذو زعانف. تم الانتهاء من هذا الاختبار جزئياً فقط لأننا واجهنا مشكلة في الوصول إلى المختبر بسبب الحبس المطبق بسبب الوباء الذي نواجهه حاليًا. قمنا بمحاكاة الاختبارات التجريبية الافتراضية من خلال افتراض قراءات تجريبية مفترضة والتي سمحت لنا بتحديد الكفاءات الممكنة لهذا النوع من المبادلات ذات الزعانف وتأثير تغير بعض المعاملات على ظاهرة التبادل الحراري داخل المبادل..

Summary

The objective of our end of studies project is the realization of a test bench for a finned heat exchanger. This test bench was only partially completed because we encountered a problem of access to the laboratory due to the confinement applied because of the pandemic that we are currently experiencing. We simulated virtual experimental tests by supposing supposed experimental readings and which allowed us to determine the possible efficiencies of this type of finned exchanger and the influence of the change of some parameters on the phenomenon of heat exchange put in Game.
