Etude d’un procédé d’extraction de fruit de Mellia azedarach

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail est d’étudier l’influence de quelques paramètres tels que la concentration du solvant dans la solution d’extraction, le rapport liquide-solide (volume de solution-masse de fruit), la température, le temps de contact, le mode d’agitation sur la tension superficielle et la turbidité de l’extrait du fruit jaune clair de la plante Melia azedarach. Abstract The objective of this work is to study the influence of a few parameters such as the concentration of the solvent in the extraction solution, the solid-liquid ratio (solution volume-fruit mass), the temperature, the contact time, the mode of agitation on the surface tension and turbidity of the extract of the light yellow fruit of the Melia azedarach plant. ملخص الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة تأثير بعض العوامل مثل تركيز المذيب في محلول الاستخلاص، نسبة المادة الصلبة إلى السائل )حجم المحلول - كتلة الثمار(، درجة الحرارة، زمن التلامس، طريقة الخلط. على التوتر السطحي والعكارة لمستخلص الثمرة الصفراء الفاتحة لنبات ميليا أزيدراخ.
