اعادة تهيئة جزء من حديقة الامير عبد القادر بمدينة مستغانم

Abstract

تتناول‌هذه‌الدراسة‌ واقع‌ الفضاءات‌ الخضراء‌ في ‌مدينة ‌مستغانم‌,من‌ خلال ‌التركيز‌على إعادة‌ تهيئة‌ حديقة‌ الأمير‌ عبد‌ القادر‌ كحالة‌ نموذجية‌ .رغم‌ مكانتها‌ التاريخية‌ وموقعها‌‌ الاستراتيجي,تعاني‌ الحديقة‌ م‌ن‌ التدهور‌ والتهميش,تهدف‌ هذه‌ المذكرة‌ الى‌ اقتراح‌ رؤية‌ تصميمية ‌مستدامة‌ تعيد‌د مج ‌الحديقة ‌داخل‌ النسيج ‌الحضري,وتعزز‌دوره ‌البيئي ‌والجمالي‌ والاجتماعي‌ ‌. واعتمدت‌ المنهجية‌ على‌ تحليل‌ ميداني‌ مدعم‌ بمفاهيم‌ التصميم‌ الحضري‌ البيئي‌,قصد‌ وضع‌ اقتراحات‌ عملية ‌تعيد‌د مج‌الحديقة ‌في‌ السياق‌ العمراني‌ بطريقة ‌متوازنة‌ وفعالة وتلخص‌ المذكرة‌ الى‌ ان‌ تفعيل‌ الفضاءات‌ الخضراء‌ في‌ المدينة‌ ليس‌ ترفا‌, بل‌ ضرورة‌ إستراتيجية‌ تفرضها ‌التحديات‌البيئية‌ والعمرانية This study examinees the state of green spaces in the mostaganem ,focusing on the rehabilitation of Emir Abd-el-Kader Garden as a case study. Despite its historical significance and strategic location, the garden suffers from degradation and neglect. The objective of this research is to propose a sustainable design vision that reintegrates the garden into the urban fabric and enhances its environmental, aesthetic ,and social roles. The methodology relied on field analysis supported by concepts of ecological urban design ,with aim of developing practical proposals to reintegrate the garden into the urban context in a balanced and effective manner . The study concludes that enhancing green spaces in the city is not a luxury ,but a strategic necessity imposed by environmental and urban challenges .
