Our work focused on the study of the biological activities of PrunusarmeniacaL seeds extract. Analysis of this extract revealed the presence of some chemical groups (total polyphenols and flavonoids) which are capable of expressing the activities sought and their contents have been determined by spectrophotometric methods. In vitro antioxidant activity was studied using two different methods: the DPPH free radical reduction technique and the iron reduction test (FRAP). The results have shown that the extract can act as a root trap..The exploration of the anti-inflammatory activity in vitro was done by two different methods: denaturation of proteins and hemolysis. The results showed that the extract has a high anti-inflammatory effect.en_US
