Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة واقع عملية الانتقاء والتوجيه الرياضي للفئات الشبانية في أندية كرة القدم بولاية مستغانم، من خلال تحليل ميداني لآراء المدربين حول الممارسات المتبعة في اختيار وتكوين الموهوبين. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الانتقاء غالبًا ما يتم بعشوائية، دون الاعتماد على أسس علمية واضحة، مما يعيق تطوير القدرات الرياضية. وأكدت النتائج أهمية تأهيل المدربين وتعاون الأندية من أجل تحسين فعالية العملية وتحقيق نتائج أفضل مستقبلاً. // // // // // // //

Abstract: This research aims to study the reality of the selection and orientation process for youth categories in football clubs in the Wilaya of Mostaganem, through a field analysis of coaches' opinions regarding the practices followed in identifying and developing talented players. The study found that selection is often carried out randomly, without relying on clear scientific foundations, which hinders the development of athletic abilities. The results emphasized the importance of coach training and club collaboration to improve the effectiveness of the process and achieve better outcomes in the future.
