Abstract

This study aims to understand the mechanisms and procedures for financing small businesses to ensure their success, development and continuity. The success of small and medium businesses depends on the extent of the state's contribution in this field, as it strives to create a growth environment, and set incentives for the activity of companies and businesses, and this is what many countries have done, including Algeria, as its interests in this sector are embodied by preparing the institutional and legal ground that would guarantee the growth and the prosperity of small and medium businesses and increase their contribution and role in the economy. Among the support agencies is the National Unemployment Insurance Agency in Mostaganem. We have concluded that the fund contributes significantly to reduce unemployment, but it is still relatively high
