Despite therapeutic advances in breast cancer management, the toxicity of treatments remains a concern, including haemotoxicity, which compromises the quality of life and the effectiveness of therapies. This study evaluates Actinidia deliciosa as a complementary approach to mitigating this toxicity in a single case study of breast cancer. Haematological parameters were measured using blood formula count (BFC), while clinical parameters have been evaluated using the EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire. The results highlight several observations: a slight increase in the number of red blood cells and stabilization of hemoglobin levels after each administration of Actinidia deliciosa, suggesting a protective effect against chemotherapy-induced anemia, no noticeable variation in platelet count; highlighting the limited impact of Actinidia deliciosa on chemo-inducted thrombopenia, a marked improvement in total leukocytes and neutrophilic polynuclears, with a noticeable recovery after every administration, indicating a beneficial effect on the restoration of immune cells. Finally, a positive contribution to weight management and the improvement of the patient's functional and symptomatic dimensions, despite a limited impact on some of the symptoms of chemotherapy. These observations highlight the potential of the fruit, mainly linked to its high vitamin C content, in optimizing tolerance to anti-cancer treatments and promoting the well-being of breast cancer patients.en_US
