Abstract

The objective of the study was to evaluate the anti-inflammatory of the aqueous extract of brown Tefez of Algerian’s Sahara of Terfezia claveryi in order to enhance its use in traditional medicine. The- anti-inflammatory effect of 12T13TTerfezia claveryi with oral and intra-peritoneal pathways, what was evaluated by the measure of inhibition percentage edema’s mouse induced by carraginine. The doses of 100mg / kg and 150mg/kg of the aqueous extract of Terfezia claveryi administrated with oral pathway to the mouse and the doses of 50mg/kg and 100mg/kg with intra-peritoneal pathway are significantly reduced the paw edema of mouse induced by carraginine in a reduction of inflammation relative to diclofenac, of (78,11% and 36,14%) respectively. From this research we concluded that the nature of the solvents has a significant effect on the antibacterial activity and that the aqueous extract of the truffles can be used as a new bioactive molecule making it possible to fight against the pathogenic microorganisms in order to be able to overcome the essential problem of immunity resistance
