L'étude de l' activité antioxydante d'Argania spinosa

Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate the oxidation activity of Argania spinosa from the region of Stidia, wilaya of Mostaganem, by the DPPH free radical scavenging method. the results of the extraction was carried out with a roundness of the order of 49.58%. The extract from the leaves of the argan tree is characterized by the presence of a high level of total polyphenols 0.39±0.004 mg EGlg, with a presence of flavonoids of the order of 0.320±0.008 mg EQ/gMS. Extract the leaves of Argania spinosa from the Mostaganem region are characterized by an interesting antioxidant activity, which opens the possibility of investing its possible medicinal virtues.
