واقع نشاط البدني المكيف في تنمية وتحسين التواصل لدى الأطفال المصابين بالطيف التوحد

Abstract

هذه الدراسةً عبارة عن بحث مسحي اجري على الاطفال مصابين بالطيف التوحد من وجهة النظر الاخصائين النفسيين ولاية وهران ومستغانم ومعسكر حيث قدمت لهم استبيان مراحل قبل وبعدي هي تهدف لمعرفة اثر نشاط البدني المكيف في تحسين التواصل على هذه الحالة وكشقت نتائج على وجود علاقة بين هذين متغيرين حيث لاحظو وجود تحسن عن طريق دمجهم مع الاصحاء وقيام بنشاطات الرياضية واللعب مم ادى الى تحسن تواصل او بمعنى اخر الى تنمية مهارات الانفعال الاجتماعي وكذلك تحصلنا على توصيات من هؤلاء المتخصصين ان يجب مراقب طفل وهو في سن طفولة قبل فوات الاوان وودعمه بالنشاطات الرياضية والترفيهية لتفادي مخاطر في المستقبل وتخلص من اظطراب التوحد لهذا الطفل

This study is a field-based survey conducted on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), from the perspective of specialist psychologists in the wilayas of Oran, Mostaganem, and Mascara. A specific questionnaire was administered to the professionals, covering three phases (pre-test, mid-test, and post-test), aiming to evaluate the impact of adapted physical activity on improving communication in these children.

The findings revealed a positive relationship between adapted physical activity and the communication skills of children with autism. Specialists noted a significant improvement in social and emotional interaction abilities, especially when children were integrated with neurotypical peers through sports activities and group play.

Furthermore, the professionals emphasized the importance of early monitoring of children from a young age, and supporting them with physical and recreational activities, in order to prevent the worsening of the disorder and to promote their future social integration.
