Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the second leading cause of death in the world. A molecular classification of this cancer was recently established by Sorlie and Peru to better characterize this neoplasia. They defined 5 different types of prognosis and therapeutic response: luminal A, luminal B, normal, Her-2, and basal. The aim of this work is to evaluate the expression of hormone receptors and Her-2 protein in breast cancer, to study the correlations between them and with other prognostic factors, to compare our results with those of the literature and to evaluate our immunohistochemical technique. This is a prospective study of 130 breast cancer cases diagnosed in the pathology department of chigivara hospital in 2019. The evaluation of hormone receptor expression and HER2 was performed by histological and immunohistochemical method. The RE- are expressed in (18.46%) of the cases, and RE + (81.54%), the PR- in (26.92%) of the cases, and RP + (73.08%), and the HER2 in (score 0: 52.31%, score 1: 20%, score 2: 6.92%,and score 3: 20.77%)cases. Like most literature studies, we found an association between ERs and RAs and between ERs and HER2.en_US
