Abstract

في عصر تتسارع فيه وتيرة األخبار و تتزايد فيه مصادر المعلومات يصبح إعداد نشرة األخبار أكثر من مجرد مهمة إعالمية بل هو فن متقن يجمع بين الدقة و الشفافية و السرعة , خلف كل خبر يعرض على شاشتنا تكمن أسرار و خبايا ال يراها الكثيرون و تحديات ال تنكشف إال لمن اقترب من غرفة األخبار. القناة الدولية الجزائرية و باعتبارها منبرا إعالميا دوليا تمثل الجزائر على الساحة اإلعالمية تقدم نشرة األخبار كمزيج متقن بين المهنية و المصداقية لكن ما الذي يحدث خلف الكواليس ؟ هته المذكرة تدعوك الكتشاف هذا العالم الخفي في رحلة داخل غرفة األخبار بالقناة الدولية الجزائرية حيث تتشابك األدوار و تتكامل الخبرات من خالل عمل ميداني مصور قي شكل ريبورتاج سمعي بصري يكشف الجوانب الخفية و يرافق فريق النشرة خطوة بخطوة منذ وصول األخبار إلى غاية بثها النهائي - اختير الريبورتاج السمعي البصري كنوع من أكثر األشكال قدرة على الجمع بين المعلومة و الدقة مما يجعل المشاهد يشعر و كأنه في قلب الحدث , تنبع أهمية هذا الموضوع في توثيقه بدقة و موضوعية عما يجري داخل غرف التحرير كما تهدف هته المذكرة إلى إبراز الجهد الجماعي المبذول في إعداد النشرة اإلخبارية و تسليط الضوء على التنسيق بين مختلف األقسام إليصال الحقيقة . و قد توصل هذا العمل إلى جملة من النتائج لعل أبرزها ما يلي : - إن إعداد نشرة األخبار هو جهد جماعي معقد يتطلب تواصال دائما بين مختلف األقسام إلعداد نشرة أخبار متكاملة . - أن المشاهد غالبا ما يجهل حجم الجهد المبذول في إعداد و تقديم نشرة األخبار . - يساهم هذا الريبورتاج في تقريب المشاهد من الواقع المهني لصحفيي األخبار و يعزز وعيه بأهمية العمل الصحفي الجاد و الدقيق الذي يبنى خلف الكواليس قبل أن يبث أمام الماليين . - سعي القناة الدولية الجزائرية إلى مواكبة التطور الحاصل في اإلعالم و التقرب أكثر من الجمهور عبر تقديم محتوى يرقى الهتماماته و تطلعاته . This dissertation invites you to discover this hidden world through a journey inside the newsroom of AL24NEWS, where roles intertwine and expertise merges in a field-based audiovisual report that uncovers the unseen aspects and follows the news team step by step — from the arrival of information to its final broadcast. The audiovisual reportage was chosen as it is among the most effective formats for combining information with precision, allowing the viewer to feel as though they are at the heart of the action. The importance of this topic lies in its accurate and objective documentation of what takes place inside editorial offices. This dissertation also aims to highlight the collective effort involved in preparing the news bulletin and to shed light on the coordination between different departments to convey the truth. This work has led to a set of findings, the most notable of which are : Preparing a news bulletin is a complex team effort that requires constant communication between various departments to produce a comprehensive newscast. The viewer is often unaware of the amount of effort that goes into preparing and presenting the news bulletin. This reportage helps bring the viewer closer to the professional reality of news journalists and enhances their awareness of the importance of serious, accurate journalism crafted behind the scenes before it is broadcast to millions. 3 AL24NEWS seeks to keep pace with media advancements and to strengthen its bond with the audience by offering content that aligns with their interests and expectations
