Vulnérabilité des routes face aux inondations

Abstract

Mondialement, les inondations constituent l’une des catastrophes naturelles les plus meurtrières et dévastatrices. L'Algérie est vulnérable aux phénomènes d'inondations qui sont plus fréquents et causent d'importants dégâts humains et matériels. Le régime pluviométrique est très variable, qui passe de la sécheresse aux pluies torrentielles. Ces dernières généraient des inondations dues à la montée des eaux dans les oueds qui inondent parfois les routes. Ces inondations ont comme effet l'endommagement des fondations, la ruine des ouvrages et l'isolement des communautés. L'objectif de ce travail est de mettre en évidence la vulnérabilité des routes à l’aléa d’inondation avec une considération de quelques cas Algériens. L'étude s'est basée sur une recherche bibliographique sur les inondations en tant qu’aléa naturel et son impact sur les routes. Algeria is vulnerable to flooding phenomena which are more frequent and cause significant human and material damage. The rainfall regime is very irregular, ranging from drought to torrential rains. The latter generate floods due to the rise of water in the rivers which sometimes flood the roads. These floods have the effect of damaging the foundations, ruining the structures and isolating the communities. The objective of this work is to highlight the vulnerability of roads to the risk of flooding with a consideration of some Algerian cases. The study was based on a bibliographic research on floods as a natural hazard and its impact on roads. Keywords: Vulnerability, Flooding, Roads ملخص تعد الفيضانات من أكثر الكوارث الطبيعية فتكًا وتدمي ًرا على الصعيد العالمي. الجزائر عرضة لظواهر الفيضانات التي تتكرر وتتسبب في أضرار بشرية ومادية كبيرة. نظام هطول األمطار غير منتظم للغاية ويتراوح من الجفاف إلى األمطار الغزيرة. هذه األخيرة تولد فيضانات بسبب ارتفاع المياه في األنهار التي تغمر الطرق في بعض األحيان. ولهذه الفيضانات أثر في إتالف األساسات وتخريب الهياكل وعزل التجمعات السكانية.الهدف من هذا العمل هو تسليط الضوء على ضعف الطرق لخطر الفيضانات مع النظر في بعض الحاالت الجزائرية. اعتمدت الدراسة على بحث ببليوغرافي عن الفيضانات كخطر طبيعي و تأثيرها على الطرق. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهشاشة، الفيضانات، الطرق
