dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to know the differences in neuroticism in light of some demographic variables among teachers (gender-teacher qualification-years of experience), The study sample consisted of 102 teachers of Sidi M’hamed Ben Ali (03) Governorate in Relizane Educational Directorate, was selected by the random sampling method for the year (2012/2013). For data collection was used Eysenck Scale of neuroticism. The study findings were as follows: 1-There were significant differences at (α=0.05) from neuroticism attributed to the sex in favor of females. 1-There were no statistical significant differences at (α=0.05) from neuroticism attributed to the educational qualification, While no significant differences in the psychic adjustment level attributed to the sex. 1-There were significant differences at (α=0.05) from neuroticism attributed to years of experience in favor of less than 5 years.en_US
