| dc.description | This study aimed to identify the entrepreneurial culture, and it was a field study at Abdelhamid Ibn Badis Mostaganem University - specifically on its role in students’ orientation to entrepreneurial work. To achieve the objectives of the study, it relied on the qualitative approach, with the aim of collecting information by describing the entrepreneurial culture and analyzing the relationship between this culture, which includes several aspects, and its nature through the new changes towards entrepreneurial work and private institutions. The interview was with 18 university students. As a general result, the study concluded that entrepreneurial culture contributes to the student’s orientation toward entrepreneurial work through the entrepreneurial education he receives and the general culture he possesses. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الثقافة المقاولاتية وكانت الدراسة الميدانية بجامعة عبد الحميد ابن باديس مستغانم- وبالتحديد حول درورها في توجه الطلبة للعمل المقاولاتي. وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة، اعتمدت على المنهج الكيفي، بهدف جمع المعلومات من خلال وصف الثقافة المقاولاتية وتحليل العلاقة بين هذه الثقافة التي تشمل عدة جوانب وطبيعتها من خلال التغيرات الجديدة نحو العمل المقاولاتي والمؤسسات الخاصة،فكانت المقابلة مع 18 طالبا جامعيا. وكنتيجة عامةتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الثقافة المقاولاتية تساهم في توجه الطالب إلى العمل المقاولاتي من خلال التعليم المقاولاتي الذي يتلقاه والثقافة العامة التي يمتلكها. | en_US |
