dc.description.abstractThe date has always been since time immemorial An important element of the power supply for both humans and animals, its world production amounts to more than 58 million tonnes thus placing the Algeria in the 6 rd row of the producer countries of dates with 470 000 t/year, of which 30% are dates common to low market values for the most part intended for the feeding of livestock (FAO, 2007) . This study was conducted in the perspective of the valorisation of product of dates in trying to develop the honey of dates (HMIRA) and to assess the importance of this product for the health. For the antimicrobial activity, net inhibitions and staff have been obtained with all strains tested up to the concentration (10-4) and negative with the other dilutions (10-5,10- 6,10-7). Concerning the biofilm results were negative with all studied strains.en_US
