Etude comparative de quelques paramètres biochimiques et hématologiques chez des personnes hémodialysées dans la région de Mostaganem

Abstract

The end stage chronic kidney (ESCKD) is a disease which cannot be cured. Actually, it is often caused by: obesity, diabetes and hypertension. The (ESCKD) is the reduction of kidney, to ensure the filtration and disposal of waste blood. The ESCKD patients need replacement therapy (dialysis) which is heavy and expensive. The aim of our work is to study some biochemical and hematologic parameters in the hem_ dialysis patients and healthy persons. Our results showed that patients with ESCKD have high levels of creatinine and urea and decrease levels of hematocrit (HT) and hemoglobin (HB). The bad habits and the ignorance of the importance of the diet are responsible of the alteration of the health state of patients. It seems reasonable to assume that the creatinine and the urea are the biochemical parameters to evaluate in case of ESCKD; and a hemogram (FNS) is needed to avoid the risk of anemia
