In a perspective of sustainable valorization of local marine resources, this study aims to exploit the biotechnological potential of three benthic macrofauna species collected from the coast of Mostaganem : the sea urchin (Paracentrotus lividus), the limpet (Patella sp.), and a gastropod (Thais sp.). The main objective is the production of fish meal from these undervalued marine organisms, and then to prepare several feeds for fish farming by incorporating these meals. Biochemical analyses were carried out on each prepared product to determine their protein, lipid, and ash contents. The results revealed a high protein content, indicating promising potential for use in fish nutrition. This work contributes to the sustainable and local valorization of underexploited marine resources.en_US
