Etude de l’efficacité de Metarhizium anisopliae var acridum sur Aphis spiraecola.

Abstract

The fight against the aphid Aphis spiraecola necessity research of several method of controlling citrus, whether preventive or curative. Chemical control is a quick and simple to prevent the development of these pests, however, the massive use of these chemical products has potential risks for human health and the envirenement. This study comes down in an approach of alternative struggle based on the use of bio-insecticide which is a natural product. Our work is focused on the effect of Metarhizium anisopliae against the aphid species Aphis spiricolae in vivo and in vitro on the culture of citrus. During this study of citrus plants have been affected by Aphis spiraecola. These plants received by this bio-insecticide treatment, followed by a count of dead individuals. The tested product gave different effects. The dose of the product given is important on the mortality of the pest and the effectiveness of the product.
