The objective of our work has been to study the biological activities of the haemolymph and the bioactiveof peptides of the Helix aspersasnail. Antibacterial activity was evaluated by the microdeletion method and the results showed that the peptide has an antibacterial activity and the CMI=50μl/mL was found. The antioxidant activity is evaluated by the DPPH trap test. According to the results, hemomph and peptides have a low antioxidant effect towards this radical. The anti-inflammatory activity of the samples was investigated by two methods: the HRBC membrane stabilisation method and the protein denaturation inhibition test. The results obtained show that the haemolymph and peptides showed an effect of the stability of the membranes of the red blood cells of 89% and 91% respectively, In addition, this sample exerts a protein denaturation inhibitor of 14,28% and 20.35% respectively. From these results, we deduce the hemolysis and peptides has a good anti-inflammatory potential.en_US
