dc.description.abstractOur work focuses on the study of the antibacterial activity of extracts of two plants (Salvia oficinale.L and Nigella sativa L). extract Extraction of the Arian part of Laurus nobilis L, was conducted by the method of hydrodistillation.The test of antibacterial activity of three bacterials strains. The results showed that the extract of leaves of sage has an average activity against the strains of E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa Staphylococcus aureus in an average of 10.6 ± 1.47 and 10.2 ± 0.63 and affect positive against Staphylococcus aureus with an overall average of 12.6 ± 1.66. Compared with the extract of Nigella which has the effect of average activity and less sage against E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in an average of 9.97 ± 0.77 and 8.3 ± 0.91 in concerning the Staphylococcus aureus strain and an average of 10.9 ± 1.07 these results show us the effect of extract of sage is greater that Nigellaen_US
