الكفاءة المهنية لمربي التربية التحضيرية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدف الدراسة الحالية، المقارنة بين الكفاءات المهنية لمربي األقسام التحضيرية لفئتين مهمتين من المربين وهما فئة الذين تلقوا تكوينا أثناء الخدمة وفئة الذين تلقوا تكوينا بمعهد التكوين و التعليم المهنيين، حيث اتبعنا المنهج المقارن، واستخدام االستمارة، لقياس الكفاءات المهنية لمربي التر بية التحضيرية من إعدادنا، طبقت على عينة من 24 مربيا من الجنسين و قسمت بالتساوي إلى 12 في كل مجموعة: مجموعة المربين المكونين أثناء الخدمة، ومجموعة المتكونين بمعهد التكوين والتعليم المهنيين والحاصلين على شهادة تقني سامي في تربية الطفولة الصغيرة وقدتم اختيار العينة قصدا، وكذا الوسائل اإلحصائية التالية: اختبار )ت( لد ارسة الفرق بين العينتين. وبعد المعالجة النظرية والميدانية توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1 .يوجد فرق في الكفاءة المهنية للمربين المكونين أثناء الخدمة، والمكونين بمعهد التكوين المهني والتمهين، و يكمن هذا الفرق في مجاالت التحكم في المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمنهاج والدليل المنهجي والمجال المعرفي النظري، و التخطيط، و التنفيذ البيداغوجي، إدارة الصف وتنظيم التعليمات، تقويم نشاطات األطفال. 2 .ال توجد فروق في الكفاءة المهنية للمربين المكونين أثناء الخدمة والمكونين بمعهد التكوين المهني والتمهين، في مجاالت التواصل والتفاعل وتنظيم فية. ّ النشاطات الص الكلمات المفتاحية: مربي التربية التحضيرية- التكوين أثناء الخدمة- الكفاءة المهنية- المربون المكونون بمعاهد التكوين والتعليم المهنيين .و Professional competence of preparatory education educators A comparative study between educators trained in vocational training institutes and those in continuing training Abstract: The current study aimed at comparing the professional competencies of the preparatory departments educators for two important classes of educators, namely the category who received training during service and the category who received training at the Institute of Vocational Training and Education, where we followed the comparative approach, and using a form to measure the professional competencies of the educators of the preparatory education prepared by the researcher, applied to A sample of 24 educators of both sexes was divided equally into 12 in each group: a group of educators formed during the service, and a group formed by the Institute of Vocational Training and holders of a high technical diploma in small childhood education, the sample was chosen intentionally. As well as the following statistical means: T -test to study the difference between the two samples. After theoretical and field treatment, we reached the following results: 1- There is a difference in the professional competence of the trainers formed during the service and who are trained in the Institute of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship, and this difference lies in the fields of controlling the concepts related to the curriculum and the methodological guide and the theoretical knowledge field, planning, pedagogical implementation, class management and instructions organization, evaluation of children's activities. 2- There are no differences in the professional competence of the trainers formed during the service and who are trained in the Institute of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship in the areas of communication, interaction and organization of class activities. key words: Preparatory education educators - In-service training - Professional competence - Educators trained by vocational training and education institutes.
