Abstract

Wild edible plants have been underestimated and abandoned for a long time in Algeria, by and large, people are now more interested in their medicinal jobs, especially those concerned with prevention. People would go to all that is of natural origin, the abandonment of the herbalism testifies. Through this work, we wanted to remind the nutritional interest of these wild plants on the assumption that we would have lived a year for example of scarcity and what solution would have been suggested. However, a valorization whose recourse was forced, could one day lead to a new era, when man reconciles with nature and derive maximum benefit from it, sources of happiness and plenitude.
