Abstract

through our study to the subject of the reality of the corporate governance system in the Algerian economic enterprise, where the problem of this study is as follows, "What is the reality of the corporate governance system in the Algerian economic enterprise?" And through this problem it posed a series of sub-questions and proposed a set of hypotheses and that meant answering the problem at hand and confirm the proposed hypotheses from both theoretical and practical. Through this study, we concluded that Algeria has to make several efforts to implement corporate governance in the economic enterprise, but it did not find a benefit and this because of the obstacles encountered as a developing country on the one hand the culture of the community on the other hand the weakness of the Algerian economic enterprise. Through the field study conducted in the Algerian Sonatrach Foundation we found that this company apply corporate governance as a good system , and in light of respect for national and international regulatory laws , both at the domestic level or Alforeig.kma Foundation respect the principles of fair competition , and opposes all Maitnavy with it , also included enterprise application and respect for the principles of business ethics in the field of activities
