Abstract

يحمل هذا البحث عنوان "حديقة حضرية ذكية: تجهيزات حضرية متصلة وتفاعلية"، ويهدف إلى تحويل الحديقة العمومية الأمير عبد القادر في مدينة مستغانم إلى فضاء مبتكر وتفاعلي، يستجيب لاحتياجات المواطنين الحضرية المعاصرة. رغم أن هذه الحديقة تتمتع بقيمة تاريخية وبيئية واجتماعية كبيرة، إلا أنها لا تزال غير مستغلة بالشكل الكافي وتفتقر إلى الجاذبية. وفي ظل التوسع العمراني المتسارع وندرة المساحات الخضراء، تكمن التحديات في اقتراح نموذج جديد لفضاء عمومي ذكي، مستدام ومترابط. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الخطوات المنهجية الأساسية: • تحليل تاريخي لفهم تطور الموقع ودوره في الذاكرة الجماعية للمدينة. • دراسة شكلية ومناظرية لتحديد بنية الحديقة، استخداماتها، مميزاتها، والاختلالات التي تعاني منها. • بحث نظري حول مفاهيم الحديقة العمومية، المسارات الحضرية، والتجهيزات الذكية، مدعم بمراجع وطنية ودولية. • تحليل مقارن لحالات دراسية لحدائق ذكية عبر العالم، لاستخلاص الدروس القابلة للتطبيق على مشروعنا. • قراءة وظيفية للموقع مدعومة بتشخيصات ميدانية لفهم احتياجات المستخدمين بدقة. • مرحلة التصور والبرمجة، تقترح تنظيماً جديداً للحديقة يتضمن تجهيزات ذكية (مقاعد شمسية، رموز QR، إضاءة تفاعلية، وغيرها). يقترح هذا العمل نموذجاً مبتكراً للتخطيط، حيث يتعايش التراث والطبيعة والتكنولوجيا لخلق فضاء عمومي شامل، مستدام ومترابط. كما يساهم في التفكير حول نماذج جديدة للفضاءات العمومية الذكية في المدن الجزائرية، آخذًا بعين الاعتبار التحديات الراهنة المتعلقة بالرفاه الحضري، سهولة الوصول، والتحول الرقمي. This thesis is entitled "Smart Urban Garden: Connected and Interactive Street Furniture" and focuses on the transformation of the public park El Emir Abdelkader in Mostaganem into an innovative, interactive space aligned with the contemporary needs of urban residents. Although this park holds significant historical, ecological, and social value, it remains underused and lacks appeal today. In the context of rapid urbanization and the scarcity of green spaces, the challenge is to propose a new model of a smart, sustainable, and connected public space. To achieve this, we followed several structured methodological steps: • A historical analysis to understand the site's evolution and its role in the city's collective memory. • A morphological and landscape study, identifying the park’s spatial structure, its uses, strengths, and current dysfunctions. • A theoretical review of public garden concepts, urban pathways, and smart furniture, supported by national and international references. • A comparative analysis of case studies of smart parks worldwide to extract relevant insights for our project. • A functional reading of the site, combined with field diagnostics to better understand users' needs. • A conceptualization and programming phase, proposing a new layout for the park that integrates smart features (solar benches, QR codes, interactive lighting, etc.). This work proposes an innovative planning model where heritage, nature, and technology coexist to create an inclusive, sustainable, and connected public space. It contributes to the reflection on new models of smart public spaces in Algerian cities, considering current issues of urban well-being, accessibility, and digital transition. Ce mémoire s’intitule « Jardin urbain intelligent : Mobilier connecté et interactif » et porte sur la transformation du parc public El Emir Abdelkader à Mostaganem en un espace innovant, interactif et en phase avec les besoins actuels des citadins. Bien que ce parc possède une forte valeur historique, écologique et sociale, il reste aujourd’hui sous-exploité et peu attractif. Dans un contexte de forte urbanisation et de raréfaction des espaces verts, l’enjeu est de proposer un nouveau modèle d’espace public intelligent, durable et connecté. Pour y parvenir, nous avons suivi plusieurs étapes méthodologiques structurantes : • Une analyse historique pour comprendre l’évolution du site et son inscription dans la mémoire collective de la ville. • Une étude morphologique et paysagère, permettant d’identifier la structure du parc, ses usages, ses atouts et ses dysfonctionnements actuels. • Une recherche théorique sur les concepts de jardin public, de parcours urbain et de mobilier intelligent, appuyée par des références nationales et internationales. • Une analyse comparative de cas d’étude de parcs connectés à l’échelle mondiale, pour en tirer des leçons applicables à notre projet. • Une lecture fonctionnelle du site accompagnée de diagnostics de terrain pour mieux cerner les besoins des usagers. • Une phase de conceptualisation et de programmation, proposant une nouvelle organisation du parc, intégrant des équipements intelligents (bancs solaires, QR codes, éclairage interactif, etc.). Ce travail propose ainsi un modèle d’aménagement innovant, où patrimoine, nature et technologie cohabitent pour offrir un espace public inclusif, durable et connecté. Il contribue à la réflexion sur de nouveaux modèles d’espaces publics intelligents dans les villes algériennes, en tenant compte des enjeux contemporains de bien-être urbain, d’accessibilité et de transition numérique.
