The wounds can house various microorganisms, in particular bacteria that are resistant to many conventional antibiotics. Aloes was used in popular medicine because it has several important therapeutic properties. The honey was widely used as olive oil is a healing agent used throughout the history of humanity. The objective of this study is therefore to evaluate the antibiotic activities of the aloe vera gel and honey against the isolates of wound bacteria. Our data indicate that the aloe vera gel (AVG) and the Apoes extract of the CAP (CAE) have significantly improved the healing of wounds in humans. As part of this study, the antimicrobial activity of three different honeym samples, namely Kombu honey, Malan honey, bee honey and Easter honey, was studied. Honey and commercial honey have been evaluated with respect to pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella typhi, Shigella flexneri, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acetobacter baumani). The minimum inhibitory concentration of aloe vera gel and honey (only and in combination) was also evaluated by the mole diffusion method. The isolated bacteria were: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus pyogenes. The study showed that honey had a higher antibacterial activity than the aloe vera gel with a diameter of the inhibition zone (IZD) measuring mm. She also showed that Staphylococcus Aureus was the most predominant pathogen in the injuries, while Proteus Vulgaris and Staphylococcus Epidermidis were the least predominant.en_US
