Abstract

يهدف دراسة بحثنا إلى التعمق الشاسع في دور المدارس في اكتشاف وتنمية المواهب، مع التركيز على عمليات الانتقاء والتوجيه أهميتهم وطريقة المعتمدة والنظر أيضا إلى التحديات التي تعيق هذه العملية. كما أحاط البحث بمفهوم المدرسة وعلاقتها بالنشاط الرياضي ويطرح البحث حلولاً لتمكين المدارس من أن تصبح حاضنات فعالة للإبداع، من خلال تطوير الآليات، تأهيل الكوادر، مرونة المناهج الهدف هو بناء جيل موهوب يسهم في التنمية // // // // // // Abstract: This study aims to delve extensively into the role of schools in discovering and developing talents, focusing on the processes of identification and guidance, their importance, and the method adopted. It also examines the challenges hindering this process. The research further encompasses the concept of school and its relationship with sports activities. It proposes solutions to enable schools to become effective incubators for creativity, through developing mechanisms, qualifying staff, and enhancing curriculum flexibility.
