Abstract

The objective of this thesis was to contribute to a better description of imported and local races in some place different dans2wilaya RELIZANE (SIDI Khatab Zemmoura RT) and MOSATAGANEM (SAYADA) the purpose of identification of species turkey criteria by use of experimental analysis implementation consisted of two types of analysis: the first qualitative variance between different subject age; sex; the race ; the place by taking different parameters: weight and body measurements. And the second qualitative describes the morphological criteria of these: color of feather, head, development or not to snood and carencule presence of berbe in whichthe we knew the effect of selecion, of envirenement and dimorphisem in biodiversity turkey profile
