This work aims to determine the different functions of the brain. The interconnection of different parts of the brain is essential to understanding the relationship between the brain and language? The objective of this study is to define the language problems posed due to lesions of the brain or part of the brain. Aphasia is the main objective of this study which is the result in brain injury. In this article we will also determine the different types of aphasia, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of the aphasic person will also have been treated. To achieve the above goal, we opted for a questionnaire with a psychologist and a student. The questionnaire was administered to thirty English students from the University of Mostaganem. The interview aims to exploit the psychologist's experience and ideas. The questionnaire aims to test students' knowledge of aphasia and their behavior with aphasics. Data analysis shows that students were not aware of aphasia. In addition, the interview was the effective method for providing research with relevant information and ideas. This was done with the psychologist Khouatir Houria at Elyasmin's clinic in Oran. The results show that the therapy of an aphasic person should include a group of therapists including: a doctor, a psychologist, a speech therapist pathologist.en_US
