جودة الخدمة المكتبية بين المعيار والواقع

Abstract

تعالج الدراسة موضوع جودة الخدمة المكتبية في المكتبة الجامعية المركزية لجامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس، بمستغانم، حيث كانت مشكلة البحث تتساءل عن مدى استجابة خدمات المكتبة الى معايير الجودة، وقد كانت فرضيات البحث تتنبأ بأن تحقق تلك الخدمات، القيم التالية: ما مستوى مرتفع أو متوسط أو متدني، لتحقق من لك أنجزنا تقنيات بحث كيفية، الملاحظة و المقابلة بنوعيها، المقابلة الفردية و جلسات مجموعة التركيز، وقد أدى استخدام هذه التقنيات ميدانيا الى رصد مؤشرات إيجابية في صالح الجودة و أخرى مثبطة، مما جعلنا نؤكد فرضية أن الجودة المحققة كان مستواها متوسطا قابلا للتطور باستغلال عقلاني للإمكانيات المتاحة. This stady adresses the issue of Library service quality in the central university Library of Abdelhamid ben Badis university in Mostaganem. The research problem was to question the extent to which Library service meet quality standards.The research hypotheses prodicted That this service would achieve the following value :hight,medium,or low.To achieve this,we adopted qualitative research techniques :observation ,interviews of both types,face - to -face and focus group sessions.The use of these techniques in the field led to the detection of positive indicators in favor of quality and others that discouraged it,whitch led us to confirm the hypothesis that the achieved quality was at an overage level, capable of devlopment by rationally exploting the available Resources
