تداعيات كثافة المناهج التعليمية على المتعلمين في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر أساتذتهم

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تداعيات كثافة السّرج التعليمية على المتعلم في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر أساتذته. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (62) أستاذًا وأستاذة، واعتمدت الباحثة على مقياس "تداعيات كثافة السّرج التعليمية على المتعلم" من إعداد الباحث شاشو عبد القادر (2014)، بعد ما تم التحقق من صدقه وثباته. اتبعت الباحثة خصائص المنهج الوصفي، وبعد تحليل استجابات عينة الدراسة، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: • مستوى تداعيات كثافة السّرج التعليمية على المتعلم في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر أساتذته كان متوسطًا. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغير الجنس. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل. This study aimed to uncover the implications of curriculum density on learners in the primary education stage from the perspective of their teachers. The study sample consisted of 62 male and female teachers. The researcher relied on the “Implications of Curriculum Density on Learners” scale developed by Chachou Abdelkader (2014), after verifying its validity and reliability. The researcher adopted the descriptive method, and after analyzing the responses of the study sample, the following results were reached: • The level of the implications of curriculum density on learners in the primary education stage, from the perspective of their teachers, was average. • There were no statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable. • There were no statistically significant differences attributable to the seniority in work variable.
