The microorganisms having a tolerance with metals and able to promote the vegetable growth, can play a significant role in cured of grounds contaminated by metals. This work consists to check the tolerance of some PGPR to heavy metals (Co, Cu, Cd and Pb). To achieve this goal, we inoculate stocks (B, D, E and F) (young culture of 18h). Which were isolated from the rizosphere of the ground, gifts a medium LB has various concentrations (50% 100% AND 200%) for each metal, after an incubation of 72h with 30°C; results based of statistical analysis. Certain stocks are tolerated in heavy metal presence, of weak dialogues and even into strong dialogues, and of another stocks does not resist any more weak and even of the strong one consultation. Compared to stocks not inoculated with heavy metals (0%). Conclusions, taking account of the potential of heavy metals on the growth of the bacteria one can recommend its practical application in the phytoremediation or the bioremediation of contaminated grounds.en_US
