dc.description.abstracthe kidney is a key organ for maintaining the equilibrium of the human body; its role is to filter toxic wastes such as urea and creatinine. IR C remains a silent disease that can occur without apparent symptoms. Many obstacles are implicated in the failure of the operation and the irreversible destruction of nephrons. The study of β thalassemia disease can afford to take all the prejudices to not cause an IR mostly end stage. In-depth investigations, chemical and biological analyzes remain the best way to prevent kidney disease before dialysis track terminal stage in patientsen_US
