dc.description.abstractE-commerce is an advanced form of commerce and includes all commercial activities and the conclusion of deals and contracts that take place between economic dealers using information technology techniques and through the international network of communication, the Internet, whether at the local level or the international level. Where we used the descriptive approach when exposed to theoretical concepts related to electronic commerce and the analytical approach when exposed to the results of studies and research related to electronic commerce, and we concluded that the beginning of e-commerce in Algeria is somewhat difficult due to the lack of capabilities that are now available from the Internet, advanced means of payment and legitimate shipping, and all this led To the development and spread of this type of trade in Algeria and contributed to achieving the needs of society and customers, especially in light of the Corona crisis, and this is what we showed in our research.en_US
