Etude de la réussite de l’Insémination Artificielle Bovine dans la Wilaya de Mascara

Abstract

This work carried out in 6 communes at the wilaya of Mascara, allowed us to evaluate the reproductive performance of livestock by: - Evaluation of the insemination technique. - The evaluation of the conditions of rearing. The study classified the farms according to the success rate of the AI in 3 cases: 1st case: failure rate is high. 2nd case: the success rate is considered satisfactory. 3rd case: the success rate is 100%. In bovine reproduction, infertility remains a problem with serious economic consequences. This is why artificial insemination has always genetic improvement of cattle herds.
