Abstract
يهدف بحثنا الحالي الى التعرف على واقع الصحة النفسية لدى المدمن المنتكس ،للوصول لذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي و استخدام المقابلة العيادية، الملاحظة العيادية، مقياس الصحة النفسية ليونارد ديروجيتش، رونالد س ليبمانو لينوكوفي ، و مقياس الإمتناع عن الادمان و الإنتكاسة لأميرة الدايم منصور. أجرت الدراسة على 03 حالات ذكور مدمنين على المخدرات منتكسين تتراوح اعمارهم بيبن 25-19 سنة.
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن :
- مستوى الصحة النفسية للراشد المدمن المنتكس منخفض.
- كما أن قابلية الانتكاسة مرتفعة عند المدمن المنتكس.
Description
Our current research aims to explore the mental health status of individuals with polysubstance addiction. To achieve this, we utilized a clinical approach involving clinical interviews, clinical observation, the Leonard Derogatis Psychiatric Health Scale, scales developed by Ronald S. Lipman and Lynn K. Lenkov, and Amira Al-Dayim Mansour’s Relapse and Abstinence Scale. The study focused on three male cases of polysubstance addiction aged between 19 and 25 years old. The study findings indicate:
1. The mental health status of polysubstance addicted adults is generally low.
2. Polysubstance addicts exhibit a high susceptibility to relapse.
