POLE DE GOVERNNONCE POUR LA VILLE DE MOSTAGANEM

Abstract

Notre projet de fin d’études porte sur la conception d’un centre commercial moderne intégré à un parking à étages métallique, situé sur un site en bord de mer. L’idée principale est de créer un espace polyvalent à forte attractivité, capable de répondre aux besoins des usagers tout en dynamisant le tissu économique local et en valorisant le potentiel touristique du site. Le centre commercial est pensé comme un véritable pôle d’attraction, alliant commerces, espaces publics, loisirs et services, avec une architecture ouverte sur son environnement maritime. Le projet mise sur une façade cinétique. Sa structure modulable et démontable permet une adaptation aux futurs besoins de la ville, tout en garantissant un impact réduit sur le site et une reconversion possible dans le temps. Ce projet illustre ainsi une nouvelle vision du centre commercial : un espace évolutif, durable et connecté à la vie urbaine

The main idea is to create a multifunctional space with strong appeal, capable of meeting user needs while boosting the local economy and enhancing the touristic potential of the site. The shopping centre is envisioned as a true hub of activity, combining retail, public spaces, entertainment, and services, with architecture that opens toward its maritime surroundings. The project features a kinetic façade. Its modular and demountable structure allows for future adaptability while minimizing the environmental impact of the site and enabling possible repurposing over time. This project presents a new vision of the shopping centre: an adaptive, sustainable, and city-connecte.
