ETUDE TECHNO-ECONOMIQUE DE FOUR ET CES ACCESSOIRES POUR LA SECTION D’HUILE CHAUDE AU NIVEAU DU COMPLEXE GP1/Z

Abstract

Le travail que nous avons présenté dans le cadre de la préparation de notre mémoire de fin d’études consiste à faire une étude au niveau de la section d’huile chaude dans le complexe GP1/Z par l’utilisation d’un seul four pour alimenter deux trains en même temps pour cela on va faire une étude techniquo-économique afin de voir la faisabilité de cette proposition. On a devisé notre travail en deux partie, dans la partie théorique nous présenterons en premier lieu une description du complexe GP1/Z, nous détaillerons ensuite la section d’huile chaude et la section déshydratation et les équipements de four. Dans la partie calcul nous vérifierons le circuit d’huile chaude et du GN de réchauffage lors de l’alimentation des deux trains par un seul four, nous entamerons par la suite les calculs. Nous terminerons, enfin, notre étude par un calcul économique traduisant les gains qui seront obtenus par cette amélioration.

يتمثل العمل الذي سنقدمه في إطار التحضير لمذكرة التخرج عن دراسة قمنا بها في قسم الزيت الساخن في مجمع GP1/Z بسوناطراك وذلك باستخدام فرن واحد لتغذية قطارين في نفس الوقت في عوض أن يغذي كل فرن قطاره لهذا سنقوم بإجراء دراسة تقنية واقتصادية لمعرفة جدوى هذا الاقتراح. لقد قسمنا عملنا لجزأين، في الجزء النظري سنقدم وصفًا لمجمع GP1/Z، ثم سنقوم بتفصيل قسم الزيت الساخن وقسم امتصاص الماء ومعدات الفرن. في الجزء الخاص بالحساب، سوف نتحقق من مسار الزيت الساخن وتسخين GN أثناء تغذية الفردين بواسطة فرن واحد. أخيرًا، سنختتم دراستنا بحساب اقتصادي يعكس المكاسب التي سيتم تحقيقها من خلال هذا العمل. The work we presented in the preparation of our graduation dissertation is to do a study at the level of the hot oil section in the GP1/Z complex by using a single oven to power two trains at the same time .For this, we will do a technical-economic study to see the feasibility of this proposal. Our work has been denominated in two part. In the theoretical part , we will present first a description of the GP1/Z complex, then we will detail the section of hot oil and the dehydration section and the oven equipment. In the calculation part , we will check the hot oil circuit and the reheating GN when feeding the two trains by a single oven. we will then begin the calculations. Finally, we will conclude our study with an economic calculation that reflects the gains that will be achieved by this improvement.
