Abstract

The Fusrium sp is the agent which causes the dry rot of the citrus, provoking the brutal death of the trees. The results of the influence study of the antibiotic factors (environment cultivation, temperature, light,ph ) help us to determine the optimal conditions for a good mycelienne growth The knowledge of the influence factors permit to create a biologic equilibrium unfavorable to manifestation of the disease. The Sauge is a medical plant and aromatic salvia offinalis (lamiaces) containt the phanols acting on the fungus .On that we did make a test « in vitro »of the polyphenolique extract on the two isolated part of the Fusarium sp. The results of « in vitro » test of effect of sage on the myceliene growth and the sporulation show a correlation with the extract doses, and the inhibatation rates; in fact the most the extract is high, the more the growth of mycelienne is weak.
